在ASME Division III中的KF-913有寫到

If differences are noted between specified and measured compression at these checkpoints and there is reason to presume that the specified final compression will not be reached if the original program is followed, a change may be made in the remaining program by increasing the specified wire force by not more than 10%. The final difference between originally specified and measured compression shall not exceed 5%.

內(nèi)容有提到如果我們的纏繞無法達(dá)到最終的壓縮量,，可以通過增加拉力進(jìn)行修改,，這邊提到的拉力誤差范圍不超過10%，如果以等張力纏繞來說指的是指假設(shè)第第一層纏繞時(shí)預(yù)緊量不足,，在第二層增加不超過10%的力合理,，還是后續(xù)增加的力都必須控制在設(shè)計(jì)張力的10%

后續(xù)針對問題列出兩種可能 :

1.誤差的10%指的是下一層與上一層的差距

2.誤差的10%指的是如果理論計(jì)算出來每一層數(shù)值,，每一層實(shí)際纏繞時(shí)增加的量不能超過理論計(jì)算的10%

如果在檢查點(diǎn)上發(fā)現(xiàn),，壓縮的預(yù)定值和檢測值有差別,，那就可以認(rèn)為，按原始程序來最終達(dá)不到預(yù)定的壓縮,。這時(shí),，可以在下來的程序里做一下修改，增加預(yù)定纏繞力,，但不要大于10%,。壓縮的原始預(yù)定值和檢測值的最終差異不應(yīng)超過5%。
