And then the hydraulic and pneumatic transmission program is Compulsory specialized fundamental course of Machinery specialized. So  modern hydraulic program should not only teaching student theory knowledge, but also to reinforce the students’ practical ability of exercise.

現(xiàn)有液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)控制系統(tǒng)由PLC,、計(jì)算機(jī)控制(計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)部裝有數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,用來完成對(duì)比例閥和伺服閥的測(cè)試),、手動(dòng),、自動(dòng)控制等方式組成。液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的自動(dòng)化程度比較高,。但隨著液壓技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,,現(xiàn)有的液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)也有一定的局限性,主要表現(xiàn)在下面兩個(gè)方面:, ~+ _3 J( {! @: |% }
The Control system of the existing hydraulic test bench are composed by PLC control system,、Computer control system(With the data acquisition card inside a computer which are used to testing the performance of Proportional valves and servo valves),、manual and automatic control system etc. High  level  of automation at the hydraulic experiment platform. But as the fast development of hydraulic technology,,the existing hydrau% u* z* G5 b$ h' e
lic test bench also has certain limitation, mainly displays in the following two aspects:

  U, n1 D% Z& B(1)液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)測(cè)試壓力較低、輸出流量比較小,。從成本和學(xué)生使用安全角度考慮,,目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的兩臺(tái)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),,一臺(tái)壓力為15MPa左右,,另一臺(tái)最高壓力為22MPa左右。變量泵液壓系統(tǒng)的最大輸出流量為32L/min,,定量泵液壓系統(tǒng)的額定流量為12L/min,。
/ a1 E5 V' C, P2)現(xiàn)有液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)可以做通用液壓元件的實(shí)驗(yàn),卻不能滿足特殊液壓元件(如插裝閥和多路換向閥)的測(cè)試,。
. b( B( o! U& r3 K(1)Hydraulic testing bench has the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Out of consideration for the cost and students use safety ,,the two test bench in laboratory at present both have the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Quantitative pump hydraulic system has the pressure of below 15MPa and flow below 12L/min,the other one is variable pump system which has the pressure of below 22MPa and flow below 32L/min.8 l8 Z8 S( y: n
(2)The existing hydraulic test bench can test experiments of general hydraulic components while as can't test special hydraulic components(such as cartridge valves and multi-way directional valve).5 ~* A' q' N( _& H* c# d

    綜合上面兩個(gè)原因,,如果想使液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)和液壓技術(shù)的發(fā)展同步,,可以采取優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文中,,在參考YCS-DII電液伺服比例實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上,,完成實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)優(yōu)化中增設(shè)液壓回路的設(shè)計(jì),完成優(yōu)化液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)電氣系統(tǒng)并繪制出相應(yīng)的控制圖,。通過仿真軟件AMESim的應(yīng)用,,為增設(shè)液壓回路建立仿真模型并設(shè)置參數(shù),,從而得到比較合理的液壓系統(tǒng)和比較理想的元件參數(shù)。

C9 N' m% T     Comprehensive considered  two reasons above,,if we want to creating a synchronous development of experiment and technology in hydraulic ,,we should optimize the existing hydraulic test bench. In this paper,have finished the design of hydraulic loop which are added in experimental platform optimization design in reference to the  YCS – DII  electro-hydraulic Servo proportion experimental platform. Completed  the Electrical system design and Mappped out the Control system graph of Hydraulic test bench. Established Simulation model for Adding hydraulic loop and then Set parameters for them in AMESim software .# @! B8 g+ l+ i* ~6 o
