1.Engineering 工程技術
Familiar with heavy duty casting machining process
精通大型鑄鐵件,、鑄鋼件的金屬切削加工工藝,；
Have good understanding of engineering drawings.
能夠識別Auto CAD工程圖紙,，熟悉工程圖紙公差配合等,。
1 i2 D4 ^* V' K6 C# XFamiliar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system and machining program writing
) o4 I* K! U; U熟悉Fanuc18i和 西門子840D操作系統(tǒng), 依據圖紙能進行金屬切削編程,；
Responsible for new product introduction,，and design fixture and select machining tools according to engineering drawings.
( s; @4 j# |0 G; c# S負責新品的開發(fā),，根據加工圖紙和工藝選擇合適刀具，并進行夾具設計,，和加工工藝的編制工作,；
% e( M5 p# z) E+ rRelease process method instruction and SOP procedures
: b& g; b: e& T7 o+ Z& V發(fā)行工藝卡和相關操作標準書，監(jiān)督首件的制作,，并進行現場指導,。
& w9 w& T8 H7 ~6 LCheck first workpiece sample.
負責樣品或首件的測試工作
1 s7 p+ ^% [6 ^, J" Z3 @9 tTrack and improve the existing work methods, reduce machining time and tool cost
) @( S! F. n( _" E  C+ Y追蹤和改進現有的工作方法，降低加工時間和生產刀具制造成本,。
     
8 z  C$ `! B- B. l3 N. f2.  Participate in and support Ceiko quality and productivity improvement activities, reduce machining time and save tooling cost.
. M+ O( E/ h0 v: n) J參與并支持公司各類的品質改良,、生產力提升等活動，進行持續(xù)不斷的改善:減少加工時間和節(jié)省刀具費用,。

5 _, P2 k9 R3 k4 o2 r3．Work with QA people to contact clients for technical and quality issues

5 i$ @& D3 ]3 H/ Y* {$ ?$ K! Q) _4．Collect and provide technical basic knowledge for engineering, such as estimated machining time, tooling and fixture setup cost.
對新產品,，收集并提供基本技術信息，如：預估的加工時間,、刀具和工裝投資費用等,。
      
5．Plan training schedule and prepare  training documents for new products
針對新產品，提供培訓資料和培訓計劃

Education:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree-大學以上學歷

Experience:     precision CNC machining environment.至少8年CNC金屬加工經驗

Have the skill of fixture design, tooling selections, processing method and processing timing, CNC programming and parts' measurement.

必須熟悉金屬產品制造加工

Qualification：1.   至少5年實際操作CNC立車或者龍門銑的工作經驗
          Minimum of 5 years working experience in CNC machining operation-required

                                Can read engineering drawing and write CNC machining program-required
                          3．必須熟悉法蘭克和西門子操作系統(tǒng)
