ASME Y14.5 - 2009出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)新術(shù)語MMB “Maximum Material Boundary 最大實(shí)體邊界”,，跟以往的MMC “Maximum Material Condition 最大實(shí)體條件”有什么區(qū)別,？
The Maximum Material Boundary (MMB) is a new term used in the 2009 standard and replaces the terms "Maximum Material Condition" and also "Virtual Condition Size" when referring to a datums referenced with the maximum material condition symbol. In certain cases, MMB is the maximum material size while in other situations, it is the virtual condition size. It depends upon whether the datum is a primary, secondary or tertiary datum. In other cases, it could be the virtual condition size of the FRTZF rather than the larger tolerance shown in the PLTZF.

我不清楚這兩者之間有什么本質(zhì)區(qū)別,。但是從我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看，在描述基準(zhǔn)特征時(shí)一般用MMB,，而對被測的尺寸要素來說一般都用MMC,。

至于下面那句話其實(shí)很簡單，等于說：所有位置度公差值應(yīng)用于要素的最大實(shí)體狀態(tài),，且遵循包容要求,。

我們互換性課程上講的：最大實(shí)體邊界就是軸的最大極限尺寸,，孔的最小極限尺寸,，應(yīng)該是這樣的。還有一個(gè)最大實(shí)體實(shí)效邊界就是軸的最大極限尺寸加上公差值,，空的最小極限尺寸減去公差值,。我記得是這樣，你可以再查查是不是,，我記得是這樣的,。
