為防止滑臺下滑而安置制動器,,如用制動器產(chǎn)生的摩擦力將滑臺和滑臺上部件的自重平衡掉,算法是否就和臥式的一樣了,?請老師們給予幫助.謝謝啦~~

在臥式請況下,,摩擦力是由可滑動部件重力產(chǎn)生的。機械滑臺和立柱連接,,可以用鏈條將平衡重和滑臺的滑動部件相連接,,平衡滑動部件自重。為選擇步進電機計算轉(zhuǎn)矩時,,導(dǎo)軌摩擦折算至電機的轉(zhuǎn)矩 是否為零呢,?期待高手~~

我認為不一樣,,因為,,臥式是克服摩擦力的問題,而立式克服的是重力加速度問題,。

今天去了趟沈陽,,在一個樓寓乘坐電梯時想到了本帖這道題,可以借用電梯做一比喻:

同等重量的電梯向上提升時用的功,,和向下運動時用的功是不一樣的,,因為存在
一個重力加速度。

如果,,將電梯按上輪子放倒,,進行前后牽引,兩個方向做的功是相同的,。
