看重外籍,，大概是希望有張“國際化”的臉面吧,，歐美的就困難了，來國內(nèi)教個英語都要十幾k月薪,，做操作工,，可能要翻倍才愿意來吧。

5 ?* c& a3 t+ d+ `5 u  u我認(rèn)識得的超過60歲了,，經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力都沒問題，但都是基于不同產(chǎn)品,，沒有所有產(chǎn)品都精通的全才,。
3 U- y+ m/ X. B/ |+ z$ o9 v  w以某一類產(chǎn)品為前提，從毛坯到成品,，包括刀夾量輔,，從工藝到檢測，至少做顧問沒有問題,。

謝謝上面,，行家扎堆的地方就是不一樣,，外籍是客戶要求（個人認(rèn)為如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上機(jī)加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)敲慈A人亦可），年薪在70-80萬RMB吧視經(jīng)驗(yàn)而定,，至于產(chǎn)品嗎可以以TTI的產(chǎn)品為參考,，另外要強(qiáng)調(diào)一點(diǎn)的是這不是一個管理崗，不需要帶團(tuán)隊(duì),，像樓上所說的更像一個顧問,，稍后我把工作描述貼出來

Expert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

•         Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.

•        Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.

•        Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
