Bright Dipping is a chemical or electro-brightening treatment which produces an extremely high luster on aluminum or copper alloy. The way that bright dip achieves this high luster is by smoothening the surface of the aluminum or copper alloy at the microscopic level. The bright dip procedure is often used as a pretreatment for anodizing to enhance the aesthetic qualities of a part.

第一步酸洗處理后不能完全除盡氧化膜,，表面附著一層灰色膜,，光澤較差，必須經(jīng)過第二步酸洗,，除去表面灰色膜,，使其達(dá)到近似鏡面光亮
