We are looking for a supplier who can produce a mother mould (made of any substrate e.g. glass reinforced or Uriol - which is a rigid foam) on which a nickel shell is galvanised (in an electrolytical process). The mother mould then has to be taken away so the nickel shell remains, is polished and send to us. We include it in our mould which has an aluminium core with the same contour as the mother mould against which the nickel shell is galvanised.

We would provide the data how to construct the mother mould so it will be identical with the final aluminium core.

害怕伏櫪

這是電鑄模具制作,。國內(nèi)有好些模具制造廠商集合的“模具城”,，譬如常州就有個“長三角模具城”。去任何一個這樣的模具城都很容易解決,。
技術(shù)上非常簡單,，10多年前我要汽車方向盤模具，就曾經(jīng)委托做過,。

其實采購商的思路有點難理解,，它不應(yīng)該提供你母模的三維圖,，而應(yīng)該提供你盆體的三維圖,，
母模上電鑄（類似厚電鍍）,，沒有盆體邊界條件，出來是個空心包裹體,，
有了邊界條件,，他會做出母模，在要電鑄的部位涂上導(dǎo)電涂料,，再電鑄,，就對了
